Bylaws

Updated and approved by the Tuxedo Park Community Association membership in 2017, our Bylaws reflect the needs of our changing community. As a living document, the TPCA feels it’s important to regularly review this set of rules.

In 2017, as development in our community was booming, the Board undertook a major overhaul of our bylaws. We updated terminology and clarified our membership requirements–this involved clarifying the voting members must also be residents of our community. We welcome input from our residents and felt it was important to give them a clear voice and the ability to vote on the TPCA’s actions. While non-residents (Associate Members) are always welcome at our events and to join in our programming and celebrations, we felt they shouldn’t have the same rights as our neighbours.
